Our commitment
Our goal is for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.2 AA includes everything required by WCAG 2.1 AA, the standard most commonly referenced for public-facing websites in the United States.
Conformance status
As of our most recent review on October 6, 2026, automated accessibility testing of every page on this site found no WCAG 2.2 Level A or AA failures, and we checked keyboard-only navigation by hand. We continue to look for anything automated tools can't catch, and we treat any barrier you report as a problem to fix.
Accessibility features
- A “Skip to main content” link as the first item for keyboard users
- Clear page structure with one main content area and headings in a logical order
- Text and interactive elements that meet WCAG AA color-contrast ratios
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; purely decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers
- A visible focus outline on links and buttons
- Layouts that reflow on small screens and at up to 400% zoom without sideways scrolling
- Animation and scroll effects are turned off when your device’s “reduce motion” setting is on
- Phone numbers are tap-to-call links
Known limitations
- Background video. The homepage banner uses a short, silent background video that advances as you scroll. It is decorative, contains no speech or information that isn’t also in the page text, and it stays still when your device’s “reduce motion” setting is on.
- Directions. The “Get Directions” link opens Google Maps, a third-party site whose accessibility we don’t control. Our street address is also written out in plain text on this site.
